When submitting a design request, it’s helpful to provide the following details:
- Design/Editing Brief : Please provide a detailed description of your requirements, including the purpose, target audience, specific design elements, and any preferred style or aesthetic.
- Attach Assets, Images, and Copy: If you have specific assets, images, or copy that you want to include in your design, please attach them to your request. This helps our designers or editors understand your vision and incorporate the necessary elements.

Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, allowing you the flexibility to adjust based on your evolving needs.
We have Sorted this for you in 2 ways on SAWRTED : Fastforward means you can have your photos within 48 hours from the time they reach our studios. This is a prepaid service during booking your shoot. Otherwise the general timeline is of 5 working days which is by default.

Nobody knows your product better than you. If you require your product styled in a certain way or only want it shot from a certain angle, there’s an opportunity for you to add this at checkout. Try to keep your notes simple and easy to understand — we have some of the best photographers around the world, so feel confident that they know how to make your product look its best.
We schedule your shoot at the next available time within 1 week after we receive your product. This time can vary, shoots with addon pro services require additional coordination which may extend the time to schedule your shoot. You will receive an email confirmation once we have you on the calendar.
During booking you’ll share your preference for what to do with your product post-shoot. We will get your products back to you in 14 days from the date of your order. We leave some time in between should you choose to order more photos.

But rest assured, we take care to look after them as best as we can. we’ll send it right back for the cost of the shipping charges and ₹100 return handling fee.
